BBA, CCIM, CRS, GRI - Broker and Owner of WWR, Inc. – Wes, who directly oversees the marketing of WWR, Inc. properties, started in real estate in 1984 with Nash, Phillips & Copus. During his two years with N.P.C., Wes received numerous awards including Top 10 with the company, Circle of Excellence and Salesman of the month. In 1986, Doyle Wilson hired Wes to set up their sales and marketing department in Brushy Creek. Six months later, Wes was hired by Dean Schmidt Homes to market and sell REO properties. Then in April 1987, Wes started Wes Walters Realty, Inc. which now has six brokers and salespersons, over thirty listings and one million in sales per month. In 1989, Wes Walters and James Cadden started a commercial investment division of WWR, Inc. Since that time, they have brokered over four hundred million dollars of commercial properties. Our commercial investment division which has owned and brokered every feasible type of commercial real estate makes us the best choice if you’re considering investing in apartments, office or retail space. Since 1994, Wes has successfully syndicated over three hundred million dollars to purchase multi-tenant properties from Dallas to Corpus Christi.
BBA- Russell is a licensed real estate agent since 2014, and a member of the Austin Board of Realtors. He graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. Russell is a member of the Central Texas CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Chapter and CTCAR (Central Texas Commercial Association of REALTORS). Russell negotiates deals in both the residential and commercial real estate fields. He has represented buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in fulfilling their real estate needs.
Andrei is Vice-President of Commercial, Industrial, Residential Real Estate Sales/Investments at Wes Walters Realty, Inc. During his first year (2014/2015), he did over $24 million volume in six commercial/industrial deals. Dr. Duta represents Sellers/Buyers in commercial, industrial, and residential deals. Also, he is a partner in syndication deals, where he focuses on: investing, raising funds, maintaining client relations, acquiring debt strategically, negotiating best terms and rates, determining cash flow at partner/investor levels, deal negotiating, site selecting, asset valuating, financial forecasting, analyzing profitability/feasibility, determining "go/no-go." Finally, Dr. Duta is a philanthropist whose faith informs his charitable work. He is Chairman & Founder of Live Oak Microfinance in Austin, Texas. This is a halfway house ministry, established in 2012, that provides micro loans and financial support to former inmates. Finally, Dr. Duta is Chairman & Founder of His Little Ones. This is a ministry that works with orphanages in Bucharest, Romania since 2001.
Selena is a licensed real estate agent and a member of the Austin Board of Realtors. After a career in telecommunications, she chose real estate because of her desire to help people improve the quality of their lives. Selena has traveled extensively and works well with culturally diverse groups from around the globe. She supports Wes Walters Realty, Inc. as a property manager, but her concentration is sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties.
is a licensed real estate agent and a member of the Austin Board of Realtors. He graduated from the University of Texas with a BBA in finance. Following a lengthy career as a senior bank executive and a bank consultant, Charlie received his real estate license in 2013. His concentration thus far has been in residential sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties.
Darrell graduated from the University of Texas El Paso with a BA degree in Real Estate and Finance. Out of college he worked for Ray Ellison homes in San Antonio Texas before finding his way into a medical device sales career after having a pacemaker implanted for a congenital heart problem. Darrell has always maintained an interest in real estate investing and currently is involved with a 500-acre property at the intersection of Highways 71 and 281 in Marble Falls. In January 2015 Darrell had a heart transplant and took a break from medical sales and concentrated on the land in Marble Falls and selling residential homes. He is back in the Medical Business but continues his interest in land and helping friends and family with real estate transactions.
Frank has been a licensed real estate salesman and member of the Austin Board of REALTORS® for twenty-five years. He also has experience in property management which includes single family and multi-family residences as well as homeowners associations. In addition to his real estate experience, Frank has had thirty-two years experience working with people in an administrative role before coming to work with WWR, Inc
Chip has been a real estate agent for several years and has been an Austin resident since 1967. Chip has been involved with residential construction and personal real estate investments since returning to Austin after graduating from Texas Tech University in 1980 with a BBA in Marketing. He was the President of his HOA for several years and has a vast amount of experience with homeowners and conflict resolution. As a home builder, he came to understand what the home buyer needs and wants and how to achieve those desires with the most effective and cost efficient means necessary.

Brokers Assistant/Office Administrator/Property Manager – Juanita has over forty-four years of clerical and accounting experience, 22 years of which has been in commercial property management.
Property Manager and Financial Reporting Officer for the Property Management Division/Human Resources Generalist- Joe is a graduate of the University of Texas with a B.A. in Advertising. He has over fifteen years of commercial and residential property management experience.
